Privacy Policy &
Data Handling.

Plain English, no legal fog: what we collect, why, where it goes, and how client data is treated during an engagement.

What we collect, and why

Information you send us. When you use the form on our contact page, we collect your name, work email, company name, and company size. We use it to respond to you and send you what you asked for — nothing else.

Booking information. Calls are scheduled through Google Calendar appointment booking. Google's own privacy policy applies to that process.

Payments. Purchases (such as the Playbook) are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our systems. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This uses cookies. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

What we do not do

Where your information goes

Form submissions are routed through Make.com (our automation platform) into our CRM (HubSpot) and our email (Google Workspace) so we can respond. These providers process the data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us — and we delete it when you ask.

Pre-call research

Before an intro call, we review your public website and other public sources — sometimes using our own AI research tooling — to sketch your likely tool stack so the call time goes on solutions rather than discovery. This uses only information you have already published. Nothing private is accessed, and nothing is retained if you choose not to work with us.

How client data is handled during an engagement. Stack audits run on what you choose to share — invoice exports, subscription lists, usage reports. We do not need admin access to your systems for the Catalog phase. A mutual NDA is available before anything is shared. Engagement data lives in our systems (Google Workspace, HubSpot), is never shared with third parties, is never used to train AI models, and is deleted at your request when the engagement ends.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. California residents have these rights under state law; we extend the same courtesy to everyone. Reach us through the contact page and we'll act on the request promptly.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Like most sites, we don't currently change behavior in response to DNT signals, but the analytics opt-out above works regardless.

Children

This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes get a note at the top of the page.
